This in-studio appointment lasts one hour.
Utilizing her background in working with physical therapists and more than 20 years working as a personal trainer, Mari combines stretching, isometric contractions, movement, and ROM exercises to help increase your flexibility and mobility.
Individualized 30 minute sessions focus on:
• Pain relief
• Increasing mobility
• Increasing balance & proprioception
• Correcting imbalances
If necessary, take-home exercises may be given to the individual to continue progress, and if needed, communication between Mari and your doctor/physical therapist is always welcome in order to provide a more well-rounded service that addresses your health from a holistic perspective.
