Initial Consultation + First Workout
This one-hour appointment is an opportunity for you to learn more about and to try slow-cadence, high-intensity strength training.
We will sit down with you to learn about your health history, exercise history, and individual health goals before explaining how this method works and how you will get the most out of your session. We answer your questions before properly fitting you into the machines, teaching you the slow-motion technique, and coaching you through the workout.
You’ll leave the studio with a deep understanding of how this method works and what this training will do for your body.
