This virtual appointment lasts one hour.
Zorayda draws from working with chiropractors, physical therapists, and medical doctors across California as well as her experience as a bodywork therapist, yoga instructor, and pilates teacher.
Zorayda will utilize yoga poses to help you identify the sources of discomfort and to assess visually on the focus for the session.
Sessions focus on:
• Pain relief
• Relieving muscle spasm/tightness
• Releasing fascia to increase ROM
Targeted exercises increase muscle movement and blood flow as well as give both you and Zorayda the opportunity to re-evaluate the area(s) worked.
Your session will facilitate increases in strength in the correct muscles during your workouts.
